Amazon Prime Pantry CLOSED Until Further Notice!
Do you rely on Amazon for some of your groceries? I know being stuck at home for the past two weeks I have been using Amazon for some staple items. So, I’m so disappointed to tell you that Amazon Prime Pantry has been shut down! They announced this horrible news on Friday, March 20th.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Amazon (as well as MANY other retailers) are experiencing an extreme surplus of orders. They can’t keep up with deliveries and items getting restocked. Don’t worry, it is temporary. However, Amazon has not announced when they will be able to start taking orders again.
You may still see some items that say Prime Pantry but you will not be able to add these items to your cart.
If you ordered from Amazon Prime Pantry before they shut it down, you will still get your order but it may be delayed while they are trying to catch up.
Due to high order volumes, Pantry is not accepting new orders at this time. This means that items listed as “Ships & Sold from Pantry” cannot be added to your cart. We apologize for this inconvenience, and are working with our partners to get these items back in stock as quickly as possible.
You can still shop for household staples and other essentials through the following stores: Fresh, Whole Foods, Grocery or Household products. At this time, due to high demand, our other stores may have limited availability and delivery.
If you placed a Pantry order recently and are waiting on delivery, you will still receive your shipment.
