We first saw this offer in April 2012 when thousands of sites shared it. This same website has offered Gourmet dog biscuits, Pink Dog dog treat cupcakes … and sadly neither of them come.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS! It’s NOT a legitimate offer. They’re collecting people’s info to sell to spammers AND they hope you’ll fill out the Quality Health offer that pops up after you submit their form. If you do, they earn money (and you still won’t get a freebie!)
There’s a US based site (which includes a link for Canada), and a UK based site – both are fake! www.pinkdogbakery.com and www.pinkdogbakery.co.uk
