If you have a broken phone, then don’t miss this! Because Samsung is fixing its phones for frontline workers during the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. You can have your phone fixed in person, or by mailing it in. And, it’s totally free.

If you are a first responder or healthcare professional, then Samsung has your back! Because, they’re offering free repairs for Samsung phones, including cracked screen or battery replacement. Local heroes, including doctors, nurses, hospital workers, EMTs, police officers, and firefighters, with valid ID are eligible for a free repair through June 30, 2020, while supplies last.
Which Samsung Phones are Included?
Galaxy S, Note, J-Series or A-Series device (Excluding Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip)
Who is eligible?
Eligible Local Heroes include, Doctors, Nurses, EMTs, Medical Staff, Hospital Staff, Nursing Home Staff, Pharmacists, Law
Enforcement and Firefighters, including Volunteer Firefighters.
What will they fix?
Repairs under this Promotion shall include, but are not limited to, the replacement of damaged / cracked front display or rear glass of the phone, battery replacement and microphone or speaker replacement. Additional repairs may be approved, excluding the replacement of the PBA inside the phone.
In other words, if your phone is broken give them a call!
How long is Samsung Repairing Phones for Frontline?
Local Heroes should contact Samsung or an authorized service center during the promotional period of April 20th to June 30th, 2020, to participate in the Promotion.
How Free Repairs for the Frontline Works
Only Samsung phones are eligible. In other words, Tablets, and Gears are not eligible. Also, ensure your phone turns on, and doesn’t have any liquid damage in order for them to fix it.
Set up a repair through one of the following options:
- Visit a local uBreakiFix location. You can find the nearest store using the service locator.
- To set up a mail-in repair, get in touch with at 1-800-SAMSUNG and indicate you are a First Responder. They will also cover shipping costs for the repair of your device.
Their team is also extending employee discounts to our first responders to make things a little easier right now.
