Ginger Ale Settlement! Claim Up To $10.40 – No Proof Needed
Have you purchased Seagram’s Ginger Ale (Seagram’s Ginger Ale, Diet Ginger Ale, Raspberry Ginger Ale, and Diet Raspberry Ginger Ale) between April 1, 2013, and June 13, 2019? The lawsuit is over marketing and labeling of Seagrams Ginger Ale Products advertised as “Made with Real Ginger.”
Units are as follows: a 2-liter bottle, a 20-ounce bottle, a 12-pack of 12-ounce cans, or a 10-pack of 7.5-ounce cans.
You can claim up to thirteen (13) Product units, with no proof, for a payment of ten dollars and forty cents ($10.40), per Household. You receive .80 cents per product unit.
If you have proof of purchase you can claim up to 87 units for a payment of up to $80.
Deadline to file your claim is September 5, 2019
