What’s Free at Lowe’s DIY Kids Workshops?
Lowe’s DIY Kids’ Workshops are free, monthly, in-store events designed to inspire the next generation of builders while growing their confidence and DIY skillset. These specially designed workshops are for kids, ages 4-11, and their parents to participate in together. However, all ages are welcome with the supervision of a parent and/or guardian.
Each workshop is an opportunity for kids to develop their DIY building skills under the expertise of Lowe’s DIY Kids’ Workshop Captains, represented by a Lowe’s store associate equipped to facilitate each workshop. From wooden bird feeders to fire trucks, each month highlights a different project complete with a free apron, project merit patch, goggles, and all the materials needed.
How can you sign up for Lowe’s DIY Workshops?
Parent and/or guardians can register by visiting www.lowes.com/DIY. Registration is free and online registration for each workshop opens approximately one month prior to the in-store workshop date, while supplies last. All workshop participants must register.
If you registered your child online, your kit will be reserved from 9:00am-11:00am on the day of the workshop. At 11:00am, your kit may be given to walk-up customers in the store. We cannot guarantee your child’s spot after 11:00am.
