FILE NOW! Ross Price Tag Class Action Settlement (No Proof Needed)
If you’ve purchased merchandise at Ross Dress for Less stores since June 20, 2011, you may be eligible to receive money back in the form of a store credit.
This is a Class Action lawsuit, meaning there’s more than one defendant. In other words, there’s more than one person suing.
The plaintiffs allege that Ross stores mislead consumers with their pricetags. Price Tags have a “Compare At” price which they claim is inaccurate and falsely leads customers to believe they’re saving more than they really are.
Ross denies any wrongdoing, and says they were not false or misleading, and no harm has been done. The court has not yet decided who is right.
To ask for benefits, you must file a claim. You can fill out your claim online. Claims must be submitted or mailed by May 31, 2019.
